Monday - Friday are shipping days! UPS Ground Shipment is what we use as our standard shipping method; please request other means if you would so choose. Upon placing an order, please email or call us with the following information, alongside of the products you have chosen: your name, billing and shipping addresses, credit card number, that card's expiration date, and your email address. We cannot ship to post office box numbers; please provide a physical address. All information you provide is strictly used for processing your orders and notifying you of product offers (only if you have selected to be on our mailing list).

In regards to returns:
We cannot accept returned food items. If your package is damaged, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your items to make a replacement claim. Thank you!
